Ellae is a creative impact platform. Ellae's mission is to close the gender, cultural and socioeconomic gap in the arts/culture/media sector, by sharing data to raise awareness, by inspiring with our artistic productions, by nurturing talent at our academy and by improving the sector and helping institutions with our advice.
Ellae Academy offers various talent development programs for all kinds of creators. We provide the space and resources you need to explore and develop your talents. All you have to do is go for it. There is room to ask questions, to get down and get up again. You can experiment. At Ellae Academy, we encourage you to show who you are as a maker and as a human being.

Ellae is providing two scholarships this year! Ellae can give you a small push in your desired direction through a small grant and Werktuig PPO! Interested and want to contact us? You can and super simple, send an email to info@ellae.nl or fill out the contact form below and tell us why you and how you want to professionalize your talents. We are curious about your experiences in the cultural field so far, where you see opportunities for yourself and where you (still) encounter obstacles.
Apply for PPO and get 1/3 reimbursed!
Do you work in the creative or cultural sector as a self-employed person or employee and want to develop further? PPO funds development plans for anyone working in the creative or cultural sector. Werktuig PPO encourages you by contributing up to a maximum of 1/3 of the costs of an Ellae development program, with a maximum contribution of €2,000 per 12 months. The remaining costs must be financed by the applicant, employer or another party. The total contribution you receive from Werktuig PPO and other parties may not exceed the total cost of your plan. The average turnaround time for a PPO application is three business days.
